For the past 24 years we have been providing room rental for TV, film studios and photographers. Independent models and party promoters rely on us for a authentic New York City underground vibe. We can either rent our space by individual rooms or the entire facility. Located in the heart of Chelsea, NY our location was the focus of Nick Broomfield’s classic documentary “Fetishes“. Our rooms have been featured on major movies, tv shows and print publications world wide. Our clients include HBO, Showtime, Fox, CBS, NBC, Warner Bros. and many independent production companies. In 2020 we remodeled the entire facility for a safe and clean experience. Dressing rooms and bathrooms with showers are handicap accessible and we have a laundry room with fresh towels and all amenities. For independent Dommes we will make sure your room is a available, cleaned and your client is cared for if for any reason you are delayed. You must be a professional Domme with a website to get the reduced rate. Although we look sexy we do not allow porn videos, sex or nudity.

During the day there is an indoor parking down the block and ample free parking after 8pm and on weekends. Make sure to read all signs. We are 2 blocks away from 8th and 7th ave subways and only 5 minutes from Times Square and Port Authority. Our building offers a mechanized handicap lift and our bathroom is handicap accessible as well. Most time, same day rentals are never a problem but i you have a pressing need for a particular room you should reserve a week in advance. We are on 26th Street between 7th & 8th.
